weberdry seal pro
Release date
2-Component FLEXIBLE waterproofing product
APPLICATION:
- For exterior walls with concrete or mortar substrates that require increased waterproofing.
Weberdry seal pro is a single component acrylic waterproofing product that can be diluted with water. It has high flexibility, adhesion, and durability to create an excellent waterproofing membrane for preventing water leakages from cracks caused by shrinkage and thermal expansion of the substrate.
The product is suitable for waterproofing colored exterior walls and protecting low-slope roofs and flat roofs.

APLICATION NOTE:
1. Avoid applying paint on rainy days, high humidity (over 80%), low temperature (below 5oC) and high temperature (substrate temperature above 40oC) which can lead to cracking, poor adhesion and blistering.
2. Wait until the substrate dry completely (Humidity from 80% or less at 25oC, curing over 28 days).
3. Completely remove the chalky powder, dust, grease and other dirt on the surface of the substrate (sandblasting, using a DIAMOND BLADE GRINDER, or cleaning with 10% HCl solution).
4. Grinding on high-strength concrete (260 kgf/cm2 and above) can weaken adhesion strength. Sandblasting is then required and adhesion should be checked after substrate treatment.
5. The suitable pH for the surface of the substrate is 7~9 (with water content below 6%).
6. Caution is advised as over-dilution can cause complications.
7. Apply the corresponding primer to the surface.
8. If the primer has been applied for more than two days, a thin coating of primer must be applied to improve the adhesion to the waterproofing weberdry seal pro membrane.
9. If exposed to rain, snow, or other weather events, a thin coating of primer should be applied to the surface after it has dried for more than three days.
10. A coating that is more than 2mm thick (thickness when the paint is still wet) may crack or dry slowly. Apply two or three coats of paint, as many as possible.
11. Use masking tape to prevent stains from spreading outside the paint area.
12. If the waterproofing membrane produced on the coating is not totally dry, the water beneath will not evaporate, resulting in loss of the waterproofing membrane's physical qualities (tearing, slow drying, streaks).
13. Do not use weberdry seal pro to cover traffic areas or for any other purpose other than waterproofing
14. Do not use hardened product.
15. Diluting too much can diminish the membrane's ability to conceal surface cracks, scratch resistance, and durability.
16. Moisture trapped on the surface to be waterproofed might cause adhesion problems.
17. Do not use on indoor cement flooring.
18. Store the product in dry and cool places, at room temperature (5~35oC), away from fires and direct sunlight. Seal the container with the faucet facing upwards.
