PRODUCT FEARTURES:

Technical basements and diaphragm walls in confined construction spaces. Mining tunnels.
Weberproof TPO self-adhesive waterproofing membrane consists of a main TPO layer a butyl self-adhesive layer, and a particulate layer that serves to protect the adhesive layer. The multiple-layer waterproofing membrane is designed to blend resistance to low temperature, heat aging, and chemical corrosion with adhesive strength and watertightness.
After the waterproof membrane is paved, the structural concrete can be casted directly to the treated surface. Under gravity, the liquid concrete compound will form linkage with the butyl adhesive layer of the membrane. This combines physical adsorption with chemical reactions during the cement curing process, bonding firmly the waterproofing membrane and the structural concrete to achieve a reliable and full adhesion.

Do not stack pallets on top of each other.

- If Weberproof TPO membrane is pre-applied to concrete wall surfaces, the formwork must not be removed until the concrete wall is at least 7 days old.
- Overlap lines should be welded in accordance with technical requirements, tight and free from any errors such as twisting or wrinkling.
- The allowable deviation for the overlap section is -10 mm.
- The width of overlap sections on the long side, short side and other joint locations must not be less than 40mm.
